By purchasing from Northern Tropicals, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between us and our customers.

All products are sold as described. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, photos, and care information. However, plants are living organisms and natural variations in size, color, and appearance should be expected.

We reserve the right to update product availability, pricing, and website content at any time without notice.

All orders must be paid in full before shipment. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after it has been processed for shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund if necessary.

We carefully package all plants to ensure they arrive in good condition. Once a shipment leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damage caused by the carrier. 

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. Leaving plants in extreme temperatures (hot or cold) can quickly cause damage.

All plants are healthy at the time of shipment. Once a plant leaves our care, we cannot control environmental conditions such as temperature, watering, sunlight, or planting practices.

We do not guarantee plant survival after delivery.

Northern Tropicals is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, plant loss, property damage, or personal injury.
